How to disable top bar?

How to disable top bar with menu and my site name on it? I didn't find any checkbox to do this in 2.0.2. Thanks in advance.

Admin > Themes > Manage Layout > delete "kernel top menu"

or Admin > Themes > Column Control

I don't have 'kernel top menu' in any area. In Column Control I have only left and right checked.

I've checked on fresh install and it seems that _my_ install is having issues. I'll refresh it anyway in few days. Thanks.
